Privacy

Preservation of client confidentiality is of the utmost importance to WH Group. No client information will be disseminated to any other person unless upon the written direction of the client, with the exception of information demanded of WH Group by judicial process. From time to time, WH Group may request consent to list a client among its “representative clients.” Additionally, WH Group may request authorization to list a client as a reference. WH Group will not list a client as a representative client, or as a reference, without the client’s consent.

Non-Disclosure Agreements

WH Group customarily enters into non-disclosure agreements at the outset of substantive discussions with prospective clients. Additionally, WH Group’s retention agreements incorporate comprehensive non-disclosure provisions designed to preserve client confidentiality.
